Under the stewardship of P&G Enterprise, The Society 18 was founded in Bengaluru with a singular mandate: to rescue the art of luxury residential creation from the chaotic, fragmented world of sub-contractors, brokers, and inflated middleman markups.

We operate as true master builders. From initial land acquisition in prime BDA layouts to architectural blueprints, structural engineering, handcrafted teak joinery, and final interior styling, we hold total custodianship of every commission.
